Utility Shed

The gable style roof of the Utility Shed provides the option for increased wall height, making it feel more spacious on the inside and leaving room on the walls for taller storage shelves, long garden tools, or ladders. The Shed Dormer Package includes a 7/12 pitch roof, three 10” x 29” dormer windows and a 7ft wall height.

Prefab Barns or Backyard Barns are available in two different models; the Standard Barn and the Lofted Barn.

These barns come in various sizes ranging from 8×8 to 14×40.  If you are budget conscious and have small storage needs the Standard Barn with its 4’ walls might be the best option for you.  If you are looking for maximum storage space the Lofted Barn has 6’ 3” walls with lofts on each end for plenty of storage both high and low.

Our barns come in three different finish options: Treated (pressure treated wood), Painted, and the Wilderness™ Finish (polyurethane treated.) Roofing options include either architectural shingles or a metal roof. Backyard prefab barns that are made out of metal are most often referred to as metal sheds.  The two most common models of prefab barns are the Standard Barn and the Lofted Barn.
